IHRA is an easy to use, portable solution for on-site biometric health screenings. It identifies patients who are showing early indications of Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension and Dyslipidemia. Our software uses a one-minute thermal video of the patient's face as input and provides the severrity of indicators on a scale of ten (where zero is normal and 10 is high) for Type 2 diabetes, Hypertension and Dyslipidemia.
Our technology uses computer vision, signal processing and machine learning models to look for abnormalities in the hemodynamics and vascular structures to determine early signs of someone developing Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension and Dyslipidemia. The abnormalities observed by IHRA are caused due to the biological effects of insulin resistance or elevated blood pressure on the tissues and/or blood vessels and are manifested long before Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension can be clinically diagnosed using current methods like a blood test or blood pressure cuff.
